A Pipeline near Los Angeles that provides gasoline and diesel to Southern Nevada but was shut down on Friday due to a leak has now resumed regular operations.

The CALNEV pipeline, run by Houston-based Kinder Morgan, which transports gas and diesel from refineries in Los Angeles to Las Vegas, has been shut down.

"My office has received notice from Kinder Morgan that they have resumed pumping and that the gas pipeline is functioning."

According to Lombardo, the state of emergency will last until disaster management specialists certify that gasoline supplies and transportation are totally back to normal.
