The 19-month-injuries, old's according to the police, are critical. According to the authorities, they learned the kid had died from her wounds on March 3.

According to investigators, the vehicle "drifted left of center," went onto the sidewalk, and collided with a block wall while it was being driven north on Spanish Drive.

Even though the driver's name is still a mystery, authorities have identified him as a 28-year-old guy as of Sunday.
