Jagolinzer allegedly experienced a heart collapse on April 6 and lay motionless at the blackjack table for more than 15 minutes as the dealer dealt cards to another player.

Although Wynn personnel attempted to deploy a defibrillator on Jagolinzer, the complaint claims they weren't adequately qualified to do so.

In the lawsuit, it is also claimed that Wynn staff members began counting Jagolinzer's gaming chips rather of immediately checking on him.

The lawsuit claims that Jagolinzer, a member of a Florida law firm, passed away on October 18 at the age of 48 from anoxic encephalopathy

That was reportedly caused by the cardiac arrest in April and might have been prevented had he "obtained urgent emergency medical treatment."
